FoxyLux offers FREE standard shipping for all orders shipped to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Orders ship to Canada for just $20.00. Order Processing Times:
FoxyLux makes every effort to ship out most orders within 1-business day after you place your order. However, in some instances, processing times may exceed 1-business day. In the unlikely event that your order is not expected to ship out within 3-business days after order placement, FoxyLux will contact you via e-mail to inform you of any shipment delays.
You will receive an e-mail with shipment tracking information once your order has been processed.
Orders are typically shipped out using standard / ground shipping methods. Items ship from our Southern California warehouse; depending on your proximity to our warehouse (among other factors) your package should arrive between 2 to 7 business days after shipment. In most instances, packages will arrive between 2-3 business days after shipment. Exceptions apply for international shipments.
In certain instances, if you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
As noted, you will receive an e-mail with shipment tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that delivery carriers may not populate delivery status immediately upon issuance of package tracking numbers. In other words, you may not be able to immediately view the status of the delivery of your package despite having already been provided with tracking number from FoxyLux. Stay calm! :-) This does not mean that your order has not shipped nor does this mean that you have been provided with wrong tracking information.
Please allow at least 1-business day after receiving your tracking number for delivery status to populate in the delivery carrier’s tracking system.
In the unlikely event that your package tracking status indicates that your package has been delivered but you still have not received your package, please first contact your local post office (or applicable shipping carrier) to further assess the status of your shipment.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO:
Shipment to APO/FPO and PO Boxes may be processed for an additional fee. Delivery times to such addresses may exceed those referenced above. Customers must pay for all duties and taxes associated with any international order. FoxyLux is not responsible for shipments that get held up at customs or for international orders that fail to arrive as result of an incomplete or inaccurate international shipping address having been provided. FoxyLux reserves its discretion to cancel international orders as circumstances may dictate in FoxyLux's sole discretion.
